Plane is an open-source project management tool for tracking issues, running cycles (sprints), and managing product roadmaps without the overhead of managing the tool itself. Work items support a rich text editor with file uploads, sub-properties, and links to related issues. Cycles keep teams moving with burn-down charts and progress tracking, while Modules break complex projects into smaller pieces. Views let you save and share filtered lists of the issues that matter, Pages capture notes and ideas in a rich text editor with AI capabilities that can be turned into actionable items, and Analytics gives real-time insight into trends and blockers. You can use the hosted Plane Cloud or self-host on your own servers with Docker or Kubernetes for full control over your data, and instance admins can configure settings through God mode. Plane is built with React Router, Django, and Node.js, and is free and open source under the GNU AGPL v3.0 License.
