Back to HomeCross-platform pie menu for the desktop that lets you launch apps, simulate keyboard shortcuts, open files, and more with mouse, stylus, touch, or controller input.
Kando is a cross-platform pie menu for the desktop, offering an unconventional, fast, and highly efficient way to interact with a computer. It can be used to launch applications, simulate keyboard shortcuts, open files, and trigger many other actions, and is designed to work with mouse, stylus, touch, or controller input, while also being efficiently controllable via keyboard. Kando runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux, with most Linux desktop environments supported (some requiring additional configuration). The project comes with an example menu activated via a keyboard shortcut, and users can build fully custom menus of their own following the configuration guide. Kando is the third and most ambitious project of its kind by its creator, following two earlier pie menu tools (Gnome-Pie and Fly-Pie). It follows the REUSE specification for clear per-file licensing, with the core source code released under the MIT License.
