About Fusion

Fusion is a lightweight, self-hosted RSS reader built for fast, distraction-free reading. It supports RSS and Atom feed parsing with auto-discovery, feed group organization, unread tracking, bookmarks, and full-text search. Fusion is compatible with the Fever API, enabling use with popular third-party clients such as Reeder, Unread, and FeedMe. The web UI is responsive with PWA support and Google Reader-style keyboard shortcuts for power users. It is intentionally designed without AI features to stay focused. Fusion ships as a single binary or Docker container, making self-hosting straightforward. Configuration is handled entirely via environment variables, with optional OIDC single sign-on, reverse proxy support, and tunable feed pull behavior. One-click deployment is available on Fly.io and Railway. Built with Go on the backend and supports 8 languages including English, Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, and Swedish.
